Let your body sleep while your mind stays aware and increases your ability to memorize information, quickly visualize numbers and images, create multi-layered ideas and plant intentions that stick.

Using Yoga Nidra, translated as "Sleep awareness," is a meditation designed to fully relax the body and intellectual mind in order to create fertile ground for new habits, positive intentions, increased awareness and the ability to balance a range of emotions to take root and grow from deep within.

This 30 minute meditation includes visualizations, body scans, brain elasticity, memory recall and breath counting. Participants can expect to receive 2 hours of restful sleep, experience deep levels of relaxation, develop the ability to balance the varying emotions and situations that happen in the workplace with awareness and efficiency.

Benefits include:

- 30 minute session equals 2 hours of restful sleep
- Deep relaxation for the body
- Positive intentions can be planted deep in the subconscious and more likely to take root
- Ability to manage duality or contrasting emotions
- Increased energy level
- Improved brain elasticity and memorization ability
- Streamlines visualization and focus

CLIENT TESTIMONIALS

Anne’s Sleep Meditation classes are absolutely magical! Her calm voice takes me away to a cloud of relaxation and surrender, and when I emerge, I’m more peaceful, joyful, and grounded. It’s pure bliss!
— Anna Paley, Assistant Professor of Consumer Insights, NYU
My first experience with Anne and her Sleep Meditation provided with me a deeper and more intimate understanding of myself and my meditation practice. It brought up a lot of things I didn’t even realize I was wrestling with and I think a large part of that had to do with Anne’s skillful teaching, her vibrancy and light

KUNDALINI YOGA, THE YOGA OF AWARENESS

I found Kundalini Yoga and Mediation two years ago at an Art and Yoga Workshop with Hari Kirin Khalsa and Ajeet Kaur at Kripalu.  From the first tune in and Kriya I encountered, I felt like I had finally found what I had been searching for.  Something that challenged me physically, opened me emotionally and helped my brain slow down long enough to meditate. Kundalini has become a physical and spiritual practice where I am allowed to sit with how I am feeling and be empowered to change my state more effectively and efficiently.  I enrolled in Level 1 Teacher Training soon after I found Kundalini with Hari Kaur Khalsa, one of the Legacy Teachers in NYC and have continually experienced beautiful growth in me.

Kundalini Yoga was brought to the west in the late 1960's by Yogi Bhajan who witnessed the hippie cultural revolution and observed two things: 1) As evidenced by their search for expanded consciousness, young people in America were longing to experience God 2) Aided by drugs and half-baked mysticism, they were going about it all wrong.  Although teaching Kundalini outside of India was forbidden, Yogi Bhajan knew his Dharma was to make Kundalini accessible.  After this realization, he began teaching Kundalini to the west proclaiming, "It is everyone's birthright to be healthy, happy, and holy, and the practice of Kundalini Yoga is the way to claim that birthright."

And Thank God for his courage, passion and love for the empowerment of all through inner awareness.

Kundalini is trending!  Read some recent articles about Kundalini and its powerful effects on the human body and mind.
