In our fast-paced lives, emotions often seem like nuisances, popping up when we least expect or want them. We often decide to ignore, hide and store away uncomfortable emotions scared of not having time to deal with pain or discomfort. Free to Feel highlights how honoring and harnessing our emotions can be powerful fuel from which to create.

Anne Koller invites you to bear witness to your emotions and their sensations by guiding you with her poetry and kundalini teachings in this two hour workshop to embrace the lightest and darkest within, and ask the question: “What can I create from my emotions?”

This workshop dissects the inner workings of emotions and their close family members – thoughts, beliefs and actions - to help you navigate and understand them, becoming captain of your emotional wellness and creativity.

Anne Koller has been a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher as taught by Yogi Bhajan for four years. Anne was trained by Hari Kaur Khalsa, who was named 10 Influential Yoga Teachers Who Have Shaped Yoga in America, in New York City. She has been featured in Huffington Post, Today Show, Tennis Channel, ReachMD and YogaCity NYC for her work in wellness training, specifically in water healing and corporate mindfulness. She believes that if we can feel at home in our mind and body, we can thrive in any environment.
