Activate your body, mind, and all seven chakras to unlock your unique creative power in this Yoga + Art workshop. Integrate the power of Kundalini yoga and art to open the body and allow creativity to flow through the expression of our most powerful art resource - emotions.
Kundalini yoga is an ancient practice that incorporates scientifically designed asanas within "kriyas", each kriya with a specific affect on the body, physically and energetically. Kriyas incorporate varied breathing techniques (pranayamas) combined with deep relaxation and moving meditation to target and shift our brain chemistry, strengthen the nervous systems, balance hormones, defog the brain and boost our mood helping us establish strength, peace, alignment and balance from the inside out. Leave with exercises and tools to access your inner inspiration and incorporate creative flow into your everyday.
