Water healing retreats for women to recharge, replenish and renew.

H2flOw™ Water Wellness Retreats

The H2flOw™ Replenish Retreat is a warm water wellness experience designed to restore the body, calm the nervous system, and reconnect you to your natural rhythm.

Recharge. Replenish. Renew.

Rooted in the healing intelligence of water, this retreat offers a gentle yet powerful pathway to replenishment from the inside out. Guided by Anne Koller—yogi, artist, and somatic water healer—you are supported through immersive water-based practices that invite softness, release, and renewal.

At the heart of the experience are daily H2flOw™ restorative water sessions, blending buoyancy-assisted movement with mobility, strengthening, and deep stretching. In the water, the body is held and supported—tension softens, joints decompress, circulation improves, and the nervous system settles into a slower, more receptive state. Movement becomes fluid and intuitive, encouraging lymphatic flow, emotional release, and full-body restoration.

Each retreat unfolds in a nourishing rhythm, weaving together hydration practices, nutrient-rich meals, and water wisdom experiences such as water dance, water massage, and floating sound journeys. Time in and on the water awakens creativity, expression, and a sense of joyful presence within the body.

This is a space for sacred rest, deep nourishment, and somatic healing—held within a supportive collective of women. Whether you are navigating stress, transition, recovery, or simply longing to reconnect with yourself, you are welcomed here.

You’ll leave with a renewed sense of balance and a toolkit of practices to support ongoing restoration—so you can regulate, replenish, and return to yourself again and again.

Flow with us.

Rediscover the wellspring of vitality within you.

Flourish Into the New Year: Women’s Retreat
January 2024–2026 · Oostburg, Wisconsin
For three years in a row, we gathered to welcome the new year feeling strong, inspired, and open to what awaited. This retreat offered a space to release the past, reconnect with inner desires, and set meaningful intentions for the year ahead. Co-facilitated with Jessica Hope and nourished by Chef Megan’s heartfelt meals, each experience was held with deep care. Through movement, creativity, cold dips, and sacred circles, we softened, reflected, and renewed—surrounded by the quiet beauty of a lakeside home. Together, we remembered who we were, dreamed bigger, and stepped forward with clarity and connection.

Women at the Well
April 6–11, 2017 · Yelapa, Mexico

We gathered in Yelapa—a place where two rivers meet the ocean—arriving by a one-hour ferry ride into a hidden coastal sanctuary untouched by roads and noise. Co-facilitated by Suzanne Astar, the retreat held us in a deeply supportive container for five days of return and remembrance. We stepped away from the familiar and softened into a rhythm guided by nature—warm pools, jungle waterfalls, ocean breezes, and the steady pulse of the waves. Through yoga, meditation, water ceremonies, and sacred circles, we were invited to listen more deeply—to our bodies, our intuition, and one another. Held in the embrace of the land and a circle of women, we cultivated emotional resilience, awakened inner knowing, and remembered the wisdom that lives within.

Water Is My Medicine - And My Offering to You

I’ve been connected to water for as long as I can remember. At 11, I was diagnosed with severe scoliosis and had to give up most sports. But I was allowed to swim. That simple permission changed my life. Water became my sanctuary and my strength. It didn’t just keep me moving—it taught me that I am the key to my own healing.

This journey has led me to explore water as medicine—from competitive swimming at the University of Minnesota to a worldwide exploration of water as medicine. I've immersed myself in aquatic therapy, Watsu, floatation, water meditation, aquatic dance, free diving, and water birthing—each one deepening my belief in water’s transformative power.

Water not only strengthens my body but also activates my creativity. Every time I’m in the water, I feel activated and inspired. It’s where I tap into new ideas, fresh perspectives and connect with my true self.

Water also carried me through the hardest grief of my life—the loss of my father, my water guru. In those moments of sorrow, it was the water that held me, helping me release and move through grief, reminding me that life is cyclical and that renewal is always possible.

This retreat, is a dream brought to life. A space for women to reconnect with the water, their bodies, and each other. A blend of movement, sacred rest, creativity, nourishment, joyful exploration, and somatic release—all guided by the intelligence of the water.

Even more, this is part of something bigger. I’m creating a full H2flOw™ curriculum to bring this work to the world—so more women, teachers, and communities can access this powerful resource for healing and transformation.

If you're ready to rediscover the wellspring of vitality inside of you, be inspired, and reconnect with the power of water, this retreat was made for you.

Come flow with us.

About Anne

I met the water before I could walk—cradled by my parents in the YMCA pool at six months old. From the start, it was where I felt most free. At age 11, when I was diagnosed with scoliosis and forced to give up nearly all sports, swimming was the one thing I was still allowed to do. That simple permission changed everything. Water didn’t just keep me moving—it became my medicine. It strengthened my spine, soothed my spirit, and gave me purpose. I joined my first swim team, won my first race, and never looked back.

I went on to swim competitively for the University of Minnesota, where I earned Big Ten team titles, the Dorothy Sheppard Humanitarian Award, and served as Co-Captain my senior year. But even then, I knew my connection to water was deeper than competition. I wanted to understand why it healed me—and how it could heal others.

That question launched a global exploration of water as medicine. I trained in Watsu, water massage, aquacycling, floatation therapy, yoga, freediving, aquatic dance, water birth, and more. Every step deepened my belief that water is one of the most powerful healing forces on Earth—for body, mind, and spirit.

Since returning to Milwaukee, I’ve poured my heart into sharing this work. I coached the Riverside University High School Swim Team, taught children and adults how to swim with joy and safety, and now bring healing water experiences to women, beginners, and anyone seeking transformation.I created H2flOw, a warm-water wellness class offered through Milwaukee Recreation, blending movement, breath, and somatic release. I also developed a custom personal training program in the water to support clients recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or simply seeking joyful movement. In addition, I worked with the Wisconsin Athletic Club to pioneer a personal training in the water program for members, expanding access to this healing modality across the city. As the only water therapist across 8 gyms in the Milwaukee area, I’ve had the unique opportunity to serve a wide range of people, from athletes to elders.

Water healed my spine, calmed my anxious mind, carried me through the grief of losing my father (my water guru), and reminded me who I am. Now, it’s my honor to help others rediscover the wellspring of vitality within themselves.
