H2FlOw is a water therapy class born of my passion for connecting with water and letting go of my own fear and trauma with water. It is about allowing your body to receive the healing benefits of water and connecting to a life force that makes up the majority of our earth and body.

It is supported by my study of aquacycling, swimming, liquid presence, water dance, watsu, floatation, meditation, yoga, and water birthing. It is a curriculum and experience that I love teaching!

Class Description

Feel balanced in body, mind and spirit with H2flOw, a warm water therapy class that works with slow movement, floatation, physical therapy, meditation and stretching to reestablish a deep connection to self, soothe pain and stress, let go of fear, balance the nervous system and experience the natural healing powers of water.
